Why evaluation is required
- To enhance the training effectiveness that would, in turn, result in increasing trainee doctorsЎЇ capability in practice
- To expand the teaching capacity of trainer hospitals by reflecting the evaluation result
- To increase the host organizationЎЇs capability in operating the program

What kinds of evaluations will take place
- Monitoring by the host organization: conducted by KHIDI, an evaluation on traineesЎЇ satisfactory level to examine how much the trainees are content with the program, including lectures, training manuals, facilities provided and the administrative efficiency of the host organization.
- Weekly and Final report: all of trainees are required to submit a weekly and a final report by a designated due date (To Be Announced).

ў№ Selecting trainees
- Trainees will be recommended by the Russian government(Federal or State Health Department) or/and other related organizations(Association of healthcare organization).
- Trainees can select the Training Hospital according to the attached HospitalЎЇs training curriculums (Hospital name is not appeared).

| KHIDI Proof of English Proficiency |
Ў¤ Applicants can demonstrate English Proficiency by fulfilling one of the following criteria:
- TOEFL 450 PBT, 133CBT, 45IBT, or higher on the international TOEFL. (Visit www.toefl.org for test sites and schedules).
- TOEIC 800 or higher on the international TOEIC Speaking Level6 or higher
(Visit https://www.ets.org/toeic for test sites and schedules).
- iTEP of 4. Send an official score report. (Visit www.bostoneducational.com for test sites and schedules)
- IELTS of 5.5. Send an official score report. (Visit www.ielts.org for test sites and schedules)
