International Declaration on occasion of the anniversary of the liberation from fascism and war

Imperialism is once more threatening world peace. Recently the Ukraine has become the plaything of the imperialist robbers. The imperialist powers in alliance with the counter-revolution are struggling to scavenge the rests of the former people´ s property. In their struggle to re-divide the formerly socialist areas they will not hesitate to cast the world into war for the third time within 100 years.

69 years ago today, on May 9th 1945, the socialist Soviet Union terminated the last world-war by suppressing fascist Germany. It was the heroic struggle of the Red Army, arisen from the great socialist October Revolution, allied with the revolutionary partisans and antifascist liberation movements in the occupied states, which made this victory possible.

That is why we are hissing the Flag of the Soviet Union on this historical date. With this we are commemorating the heroic Red Army soldiers and the partisans, who gave their lives in the struggle for the liberation of our peoples from fascism and war. With this we are pointing out that peace and prosperity for our peoples are solely possible once free from the yoke of capitalist exploitation. With this we are putting down a marker for today. It will be the red flag of the workers again, which stops the imperialist´ s war-course and terminates the capitalist barbarism. The future is ours!
