1) in part 1 of article 3.5 the words “in cases described by article 11. 20¹, part 5 article 14.35 ” shall be substituted by the words “in cases described in article 6.33, 11. 20¹, part 5 of article 14.35”, the words “in cases described by articles 5.38, 6.33, 7.13” shall be substituted by the words “in cases described by articles 5.38, 6.33, 7.13”, the words “in cases described by articles 6.19, 6.20, part 1 of article 7.13” shall be substituted by the words “in cases described by articles 6.19, 6.20, 6.33, part 1 of article 7.13”;

2) in paragraph one of article 6.28 after the words “medical devices” add the words “if these actions do not contain the features of an action punished by criminal code, ”,

3) chapter 6 shall be supplemented by article 6.33 with the following content:

Article 6.33 Circulation of falsified, counterfeit, low-quality and unregistered medicines, medical devices and sale of falsified biologically active additives

1. Production, sale or import to the territory of the Russian Federation of falsified medicines, or production, sale or import to the territory of the Russian Federation of falsified medical devices, or sale or import to the territory of the Russian Federation of counterfeit medicines, or sale or import to the territory of the Russian Federation of counterfeit medical devices, or circulation of falsified biologically active additives, if these actions do not contain the features of an action punished by criminal code,

-provide the penalty of an administrative fine in the amount from seventy thousand to one hundred thousand rubles for ordinary citizens; from one hundred thousand to six hundred thousand rubles for public officials; from one hundred thousand to six hundred thousand or administrative temporary suspension of work for the period up to ninety days for individual entrepreneurs; from one million to five million rubles or administrative temporary suspension of work for the period up to ninety days for legal identities.

2. Sale and import to the Russian Federation low-quality medicines or sale or import to the territory of the Russian Federation low-quality medicines or illegal production, sale or import to the territory of the Russian Federation unregistered medicines, if these actions do not contain the features of an action punished by criminal code,

-provide the penalty of an administrative fine in the amount from seventy thousand to one hundred thousand rubles for ordinary citizens; from one hundred thousand to six hundred thousand rubles for public officials; from one hundred thousand to six hundred thousand or administrative temporary suspension of work for the period up to ninety days for individual entrepreneurs; from one million to five million rubles or administrative temporary suspension of work for the period up to ninety days for legal identities. ";

4) consider parts 2 and 3 of article 14.4² invalid;

5) in article 23.1

a) part 1 after the words “by part 4 of article 6.29, ” shall be supplemented with the words “by articles 6.33, ”, the words “by parts 2 and 3 of article 14.4², ”, shall be substituted by the word “articles”;

b) in paragraph four of part 3 after the words “described by articles” supplement numbers " 6.33, ";

6) in part 1 of article 23.81 exclude the words “by part 1 of the article”;

7) in part 2 of article 28.3:

a) in paragraph 18 supplement numbers " 6.33, " after the numbers " 6.16, ";

b) in paragraph 18 after the words “by part 4 of article 6.29, ” supplement the words “by part 1 (excluding circulation of falsified biologically active additives) and part 2 of article 6.33, ”, exclude the words “by parts 2 and 3 of article 14.4², ";

c) in paragraph 19 substitute the words “described by articles 6.1, 14.26” with the words “described by article 6.1, part 1 of article 6.33 (concerning the circulation of falsified biologically active additives), by article 14.26”;

d) to paragraph 63 supplement the numbers “6.33, ” after the words “by articles 6.27, ”.
