The scope and design of independent work

Independent work performed by the student version, said the leader. The work consists of 15 - 20 pages of printed text. The main inscription on the first and subsequent pages are made in accordance with the requirements for registration of training documentation ST UKGU 7.11 - 2010.

Independent work is sewn in the following order: Cover with a cover sheet, a task to perform the work, and abbreviations, the theoretical and the main part, a list of references.

The main part of independent work consists of the following parts: a theoretical part, the direct and inverse switching diodes, graphical calculation mode operation of the zener diode, the calculation of the components of power losses in the power key, the calculation of the amplifier stage, the representation of numbers in digital electronics, arithmetic and logical operations, as well as the synthesis of combinational logic circuits and their design.

Task № 2. Semiconductors. Forward and reverse switch diodes

Calculate and construct a current - voltage characteristic of the diode at temperature T, if the reverse thermal current I. The calculation is made in the intervals from 0 to 1 at Live, and from 0 to 10 in the reverse inclusion.
