Offshore Shipping Coordinator KBR for AGIP KCO Responsibilities: · Supporting to resolve Marine Logistic issues including: technical quotations support in Procurement process, liase with discipline teams and procurement to ensure proper coding and allocation of materials used for construction in IPMS software. Control over min and max level of the materials shipped and procured. · Reporting to EP Offshore Logistic Head of Project Marine Operations · Interface with Kuryk, Bautino, Atyrau ports for transferring materials and equipment from project to operations, support in technical evaluation of quotations for the materials shipped to the Island, support in bagging and tagging of the materials shipped from and to the Island. · Responsible for all temporary movement of all containers on D-Island & AI · Ensuring container availability with appropriate certification · Tracking movement of containers and materials · Adhering to and implementing safe practices for the handling of all materials with Contractors · Fulfilling all HSE requirements including HSE Induction and BOSIET training · Continuously monitoring Contractors for compliance with procedures · Coordination of vessel/barges for availability to meet material delivery needs to Offshore · Suitability of strops, shackles and other fastenings on manifested containers for shipment · Suitability of packing and sea-fastening of materials · Availability of data sheets for hazardous materials · Manifest is correct prior to sail-away and all shipping documents are present and protected. · Monitoring records of materials in Contractors’ material control systems · Reviewing status reports on materials prepared by Contractors for completeness and accuracy · Monitoring the condition of materials for preservation and taking appropriate actions to ensure that materials are preserved · Supporting the Materials Manager and AKCO Materials Coordinator · Preparing reports for AKCO management on the movement of goods and equipment · Taking proactive approach to ensure that Contractor keep all aspects of materials and related documentation under control at all times.
