EXPLANATORY NOTE

The aim of the course:

Generate psychological competence of specialist industrial-production complex, learn to adapt to the professional activity and the ability to solve new problems and make responsible decisions in the course of employment.

The main objective of the discipline:

• Awareness of their way of life in the context of the social whole

• Learn to communicate and demonstrate the social and psychological competence in operations in the specialty;

• Learn to master the skills of mental self-control;

• Forming skills of creativity and creative activity

• Learn to adapt to the production and professional activities.

• Be able to demonstrate the quality of positive thinking lichnosti- initiative in solving actual production and technology, research, design, and environmental and economic problems, mobility, focus on success:

• Provide knowledge about emotional intelligence;

• To teach yourself to consciously improve their qualifications during the whole period of professional activity;

• Create the ability to demonstrate the skills of free dialogue on professional subjects.

After completing the course " Psychology" at the graduate GPIIR formed the moral and ethical outlook of yourself, the right relationship with your family, with parents, with children and with other people, acquired the ability to self-knowledge, a positive attitude to innovative learning and knowledge on adaptation in production and Occupational activities, positive thinking and updated personal qualities as initiative in dealing with production and processing, research and development, design, and environmental and economic problems, mobility, focus on the success and overcome fears and stress, the desire to raise their qualification in professional activities for the entire period and support professional competence and to demonstrate the skills of free dialogue on professional subjects.

Prerequisites course. The list of disciplines that require the absorption of undergraduates to study this discipline - philosophy, general psychology and personality psychology. Introduction to the profession, Self-knowledge, Akmeology.

Postrequest course. The content of the course and the study of this discipline forms at undergraduates enhances understanding the motives of educational activity and professional competence, adaptation to professional activity and ability to solve problems on their own.
