这 项 协 议 是 在 中 国 人 民 共 和 国 有 关 法 律 ， 法 规 的 规 定 ， 并 通 过 平 等 和 互 惠 互 利 的 基 础 上 的 友 好 协 商 。

This agreement is made in accordance with relevant laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, and through friendly negotiations based on equality and mutual benefits.

行 李 ： 行 礼 重 量 托 运 和 手 提 行 礼 由 每 个 航 空 公 司 规 定 。 通 常 托 运 行 礼 是 ： 20公 斤 和 手 提 行 礼 是 7公 斤 。 其 它 超 出 托 运 行 礼 费 用 由 乙 方 自 己 承 担 。 除 非 特 殊 情 况 之 下 ， 比 如 有 重 要 的 演 出 服 装 或 者 乐 器 ， 乙 方 要 提 前 通 知 甲 方 该 物 品 的 实 际 重 量 ， 甲 方 就 会 补 偿 乙 方 该 物 品 的 超 重 费 用 。 费 用 包 含 从 国 际 行 程 到 目 的 地 城 市 行 程 的 超 重 费 用 。

Party A will provide Round Trip tickets for Party B as followed;

International Destination:

Domestic destination.

Baggage Allowances: Baggage allowances will be subjected to each and every airline entitlement. Normal checked in baggage allowances are 20KG and hand carry baggage allowances are 7KG. Any excess baggage fees incurred more than the above mentioned allowances entitlement, Party B shall be responsible by himself or herself. Circumstances whereby, there are any special costumes, equipments or instruments from Party B, Party B shall inform Party A ahead of time the exact weight of the item, Party B shall first pay the excess and then claim from Party A with the airlines official excess baggage receipt. This shall include in the International and Domestic flights excess baggage claim from Party B.

1. 住 宿

a. 甲 方 提 供 “艺 人 ”住 宿 ， 两 个 人 一 间 房 间 。 同 性 。

b. 甲 方 提 供 的 住 宿 ， 将 配 备 空 调 ， 洗 衣 机 ， 床 垫 ， 床 单 ， 毛 毯 ， 炉 灶 ， 冰 箱 ， 客 厅 的 电 视 ， 浴 室 里 的 热 水 器 。

c. 乙 方 在 住 房 期 间 ， 因 乙 方 人 为 原 因 造 成 损 坏 的 ， 乙 方 应 完 全 负 责 并 照 价 赔 偿 。

d. 甲 方 承 担 乙 方 公 寓 。

1. Accommodation

a. Party A will provide accommodation for Party B. Twin sharing per ONE room. With the same sex.

b. The accommodation provided will be equipped with air conditioners, washing machine, mattress, bed sheet, blanket, cooking stoves, refrigerator, Internet excess with WIFI, Television in the living room, heater for bathroom.

c. During the occupancy period, any cause of damages in the room by Party B, Party B shall be fully responsible for the cost of damage.

d. Party A will subsidize the amount electrical and water bill.

2. 演 出 证 ， 健 康 证 和 工 作 签 证

a. 甲 方 将 提 供 乙 方 在 归 属 地 的 演 出 许 可 证 ， 健 康 证 和 工 作 “Z”签 证 。 乙 方 将 在 本 国 申 请 商 务 “F”签 证 或 者 旅 游 “L”签 证 先 到 目 的 地 之 后 才 能 申 请 工 作 “Z”签 证 。

1. Performance license, Health certificate and Working Visa

1. Party A shall provide application of performance license, health check up and working visa for Party B. Party B shall apply for business “F” visa or tourist “L” visa in the Country of residence then enter China. The working visa can only be applied in the city of employment and cannot be applied outside China.

3. 在 合 同 期 间 ， 如 果 乙 方 没 有 通 知 甲 方 而 擅 自 为 第 三 方 表 演 的 情 况 之 下 。 甲 方 有 权 利 终 止 合 约 。 乙 方 将 弥 补 甲 方 的 一 切 损 失 。

At any time where Party B would have any other performance contract without notifying Party A during the period of this contract, Party A would have the right to terminate the contract and will not refund Party B, s deposit and the Party B would have to repay all International Flight costs to Party A and a resulting compensation related losses.

乙 方 演 员 需 要 互 相 配 合 协 调 演 出 达 到 一 定 的 演 出 质 量 ， 如 有 个 人 的 因 素 而 影 响 演 出 的 情 况 之 下 。 甲 方 有 权 里 终 止 合 约 ， 而 付 乙 方 到 终 止 合 同 的 那 一 个 工 作 日 为 止 。

At any time where Party B performing steps, movements and coordination with other partners are not in good co ordinations, Party B will have to improve and keep up to the standards and images of the relevant co ordinations. In any case where Party B would not improve on the quality of the show, due to lack of rehearsal or other personal reasons, Party A would have the right to terminate the contract and pay the accumulated days of work on pro rated basis till the day of termination.

双 方 应 遵 守 协 议 ， 并 保 护 对 方 的 合 法 利 益 ， 不 得 有 透 露 任 何 商 业 机 秘 或 对 方 的 个 人 信 息 秘 密 如 关 于 以 薪 金 ， 旅 行 车 费 ， 董 事 会 和 住 宿 等 方 面 不 应 被 披 露 在 任 何 时 候 这 将 是 违 反 本 协 议 的 相 关 条 例 。 违 反 本 合 同 任 何 一 款 条 例 ， 将 导 致 本 合 同 终 止 。

Both Parties shall abide by the agreement and protect each other’s legit interest and not disclose any business or personal secrets of the other party. Information with regards to salary, trip fare, board and lodging should not be disclosed at all times or this will be a breach of this agreement. Breach of this contract will result in the termination of this contract

我 们 兹 同 意 的 条 款 ， 并 表 示 在 上 述 书 面 合 同 ， 并 应 当 服 从 ， 并 不 会 违 反 任 何 规 则 和 法 规 ， 给 予 党 ， 第 三 党 和 中 国 人 民 共 和 国 的 条 件 。

We, hereby agree with the terms and conditions stated in the above written contract and shall obey and will not violate any rules and regulations given by Party A, third party and the People’s Republic of China

甲 方 只 负 责 乙 方 的 住 宿 ， 国 内 中 转 机 票 和 更 改 国 际 机 票 的 费 用 是 到 合 同 结 束 后 。 乙 方 如 果 需 要 更 改 任 何 国 内 或 者 国 际 机 票 的 情 况 之 下 ， 费 用 以 乙 方 承 担 。

Party A shall be responsible for accommodation, domestic transfer and International flight change of date fees at the point of the end of contract. At any point of time whereby Party B require to change the dates of the domestic transfer and International flight change of dates fee, Party B shall be fully responsible for the cost incurred.

在 任 何 情 况 下 ， 未 经 甲 方 允 许 ， 乙 方 不 得 将 本 协 议 公 布 给 第 三 方 ， 如 有 发 现 ， 甲 方 有 权 停 发 及 扣 罚 乙 方 薪 水 ； 情 节 严 重 的 ， 甲 方 有 权 解 除 本 协 议 ， 扣 罚 乙 方 薪 水 ， 乙 方 自 行 承 担 回 程 费 用 。

Under circumstances whereby Party B reveal any private and confidential matters or internal information which concerns Party A to a third party, Party A will have the right to terminate the contract and not paid the balance salary to Party A and cancel the return ticket of Party B.

合 同 有 效 期 为 第 一 天 工 作 日 开 始, 每 个 月 工 资 会 结 算 到 每 个 月 的 最 后 一 天 。 在 每 个 月 的 10日 发 工 资 。

Contract will take place from the first day of work and payments will be calculated until the last day of every working month and be paid on the 10^th of working month.

合 同 期 间 ：

每 个 月 工 资 从 合 同 生 效 之 日 起 满 到 当 月 的 最 后 一 天 结 算 ， 在 下 个 月 的 10日 应 付 款, 除 非 是 在 合 同 的 最 后 一 个 月 的 情 况 之 下 ， 乙 方 将 会 在 做 完 最 后 一 个 工 作 日 后 的 隔 一 天 结 帐 。

Salary payment shall be made on the 10^th of every month except for the last month of the contract, Party B shall be paid in full one day after the last working day. The last calculation date shall be at the end of every month.

该 合 同 将 发 生 时 ， 双 方 在 签 名 上 签 署 。 公 司 的 行 为 ， 将 邮 票 ， 并 签 署 。 个 人 只 签 署 。 每 一 方 都 将 举 行 一 个 签 名 并 盖 章 的 合 同 副 本 。

The contract will take place when both party signatures are signed. Company’s act have to be stamp and sign. Individual have to be sign only. Each party will hold one copy of the signed and stamped contract.
