TIME MANAGEMENT – 3 SIMPLE TECHNIQUES TO REMEMBER
Technique 1: Maintaining a To-Do list.
Grab a coffee and with a fresh start of the day document what all you need to accomplish in order or sequence of importance. Keep track!
Technique 2: Prioritization
If there are multiple tasks, draw an action priority matrix and weigh which one needs to be done first and which one can wait.
Technique 3: Scheduling
Remember the pickle jar theory – there is always room for balancing tasks. Shake your schedule to see how there is place to squeeze in an extra task.
