Exercise 28. a) Find the topic sentence of each paragraph and combining them together create a “map” of the article. The term “topic sentence” means the sentence giving the key idea of the paragraph. Usually it is found at the beginning of the paragraph but sometimes the structure may be different. b) Use linking words and combine the topic sentences to present the summary of the article.
