Composition

Each coated tablet contains:

Pharmacotherapeutic group: Combined pharmaceutical agent, analgesic

Indications: Used for pain-relieving in headache, toothache, neuralgia and myalgia (pain during inflammation of muscles), sprains, dislocations, burns, painful menstruation, pain in nephrolithiasis and cholelithiasis.

Contraindications: Contraindication for a drug applied are all diseases or conditions that can occur and lead to severe sequelae, including death, after the intake of the certain drug. The drug is not administered to subjects with intolerance/allergy to metamizol, tempidon, aspirin, aminophenazone, some hepatic diseases with porphyria, glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficit, reduced number of white blood cells (leukopenia) or their complete adsence (agranulocytosis), pregnancy, breast-feeding mothers, children under 12 years of age.

Warnings: The drug should be used exactly as prescribed by your physician - according to the dose pre­scribed and duration of treatment. The children and patients with existing or pre-existing intolerance/allergy to foods, drugs, bronchial asthma, nose polyps can use the drug only on physician's prescription and should inform in the doctor in advance about these diseases. The drug is used in exceptional cases and only after physician's prescription in dome hepatic and renal diseases, patients with blood diseases! The drug should not be used by drivers and machine operators, as it can induce sleepiness, depressed reflexes.

Drug interactions: The action of some drugs can be affected by the simultaneous administration with other drugs. Consult your physician if you are regularly taking some drugs, have taken them or want to take them together with the drug. It is not administered in parallel with anticoagulants (drugs inhibiting blood coagulation), anti-baby pills, allopurinol, antidepressants (drugs treating depression), the antibiotic chloram-phenicol and alcohol before a comprehensive consultation with your physician. The drug can simultaneously be used with antibiotics (with the exception of chloramphenicol), antitussives, vitamins.

Overdosage: When a drug is used in a dose higher than that prescribed by the physician, there is a risk of overdosage and poisoning. The symptoms of overdosage are: rashes, itching, nausea, vomiting, in more severe cases also of blood, sleepiness, reduced blood pressure. Discontinue immediately the intake of the drug in the presence of such symptoms and consult your physician or visit the nearest health institution!

Administration and dosage: Unless otherwise prescribed by your physician, the drug can be taken as fol­lows: 1 - 2 coated tablets, 3 times daily for adults, with maximum daily dose of 6 tablets; children under 12 years of age -1 tablet, 2 - 3 times daily, maximum daily dose - 3 tablets. The coated tablets are not chewed and are orally taken with plenty of liquids during or after meals. The duration of the therapeutic course is 5 - 7 days. If, by any reason, you have missed the hour of intake, you can take it any moment but keeping an interval of 6 - 8 days between the intakes.

Adverse reactions: The so called adverse reactions of a drug are likely to occur during the treatment. These are all unfavourable symptoms which the drug can induce or they are aspecific reaction of the human body to the drug. The following allergic symptoms can sometimes be observed during the drug’s treatment: itching, skin rashes, allergic shock in some cases, reduced count of white and red blood cells, vomiting, abdominal pain. If during the treatment some of the mentioned adverse reactions or any other unfavourable ones of other character occur, consult your physician.

Storage: In a dry place, protected from direct sunlight, at a temperature of 15-25°C

Expiry Term: 4 years after production date. The drug should not be used after the exp. term indicated on the package! If during the usage of this drug, it changes its appearance, this is an indication to discontinue the use of this package.
