Dear colleges! We are glad to invite you to participate in the International Conference “Current issues and prospects of valuation activities development” which will be held on May 14-15, 2015 in Minsk (the Republic of Belarus). Objectives of the conference · Discussion of priorities of the state policy in the field of valuation; · Defining the role, status and prospects of self-regulatory organizations in the development of valuation; · Discussion of issues of valuation activities development within the Eurasian Economic Union; · Identification of the main trends of improvement of legislation in the field of valuation; · Discussion of prospects of creation and introduction of modern information technologies in the field of valuation.
The Conference is devoted to the following issues: 1. National experience of valuation activities regulation: · state regulation; · self-regulation of valuation activities. 2. Peculiarities of functioning of self-regulating organizations and labor unions: · key development stages; · methods of management; · ways of improvement, interaction with the state regulator; · qualification requirements for a valuer, issues of professional education and training. 3. Prospects of international collaboration: · interaction with international self-regulatory organizations in the field of valuation activities; 4. Coordination of valuation activities within the Eurasian Economic Union: · features of common labor market functioning; · functioning of valuation performers within EEU taking into account peculiarities of the national legislation of member countries. 5. Possibilities of using modern information technologies in valuation: · development of automation systems of valuation process; · improvement of information support of the valuation process.
