Regulatory support of valuation activities.

Along with the Belarusian valuers, representatives of government officials, specialized academic departments of higher educational establishments, our colleagues from Russia, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Georgia, Romania, Baltic countries will participate in the conference.

The registration fee for one participant from the partner organizations is 80 euro, for other participants – 130 euro (for the Belarusian participants payment is made in Belarusian rubles at the rate of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus on the date of payment (including the VAT)). The registration fee includes conference materials and other current information on the issues of development and regulation of valuation activities, the fee also includes catering. Speakers are exempt from paying the registration fee. Hotel accommodation and social and excursion program are paid additionally.

According to the results of the conference the most significant reports will be published in the academic periodical " Proceedings of BSTU" (see the link) and also in the research and production magazine " Land of Belarus" and on the official web-site of the organizer of the conference Institute of Real Estate and Valuation (www.ino.by). We ask to draw reports according to the standards given in the Appendix 2. A copyright agreement shall be concluded in order to publish a report (given in Appendix 3).

A participant shall provide a file with the text of his (her) report drawn up in accordance with the given requirements to the Organizing Committee until April 1, 2015 by e-mail to conference.minsk@mail.ru with notice of delivery, as well as the copyright agreement in 2 copies signed by the author to the address: Komsomolskaya str, 11-9, 220030, Minsk.

The organizing committee reserves the right of reports selection and editing. Materials that do not meet the subject of the conference, the requirements for the reports, and also materials submitted after the deadline will not be considered and will not be returned.

In order to participate in the conference we ask you to fill in the enclosed application form and to send it to our address as soon as possible, but not later than April 1, 2015.
