Institute of Real Estate and valuation has been for 15 years and still is a leading group of companies specialized in the field of valuation activities in the Republic of Belarus. The Institute today is the largest association of valuers and consultants in the format of a single company.

Subsidiaries in Vitebsk, Gomel, and Grodno branch with a structural unit in Lida are designed for the convenience of customers. Along with headquarters in Minsk they are designed to minimize expenses of the professionals’ business travel to any part of the Republic of Belarus.

In addition to the confidence in the Institute by the State and the Government on the part of valuation of the most important objects of state property, the State Committee on Property of the Republic of Belarus also trusted Institute with the improvement of methodological approaches to the valuation, the results of such work are used by the entire country.

Summary of the Association of Valuation Organizations

Association of Valuation Organizations was established on May 12, 2014. The Association is a non-profit organization that brings together legal entities and individual entrepreneurs without a legal entity that carry out valuation activities, as well as organizations providing training (training, retraining, further training and other forms of educational activities) of persons who carry out valuation activities in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Belarus.

Association of Valuation Organizations is established in order to coordinate the valuation activities carried out by members of the Association, as well as to assist its members in carrying out activities aimed at achieving the goals of the Charter of the Association. The founders of the Association are the leading valuation organizations of the Republic of Belarus:

RUE " Institute of Real estate and valuation";

RUE " Vitebsk Institute of Real Estate and valuation";

RUE " Gomel Institute of Real Estate and valuation ";

SUE " National Cadastre Agency";

LLC " IPM-Consult valuation";

CJSC " Center of industrial valuation"

The current members of the Association are 16 legal entities, their total market share of valuation services is more than 75%.
