Valve train
• For each cylinder, the total of three cams are equipped on the intake camshaft. Of these three, two are the high speed cam and one is the low speed cam. Also for each cylinder, two high speed rocker arms (sub rocker arms) and one low speed rocker arm are arranged. They are mounted on the rocker arm shaft on which two eccentric bushings are fixedly installed.

• Changing of valve timing/lift is made when the sub rocker arm position relative to the camshaft is changed with the eccentric bushings turned together with the rocker arm shaft. • In low and mid speed range. _. The low speed cam pushes the main rocker arm to open the intake valve.
