Access - a means of approaching or entering a place.

Aggravate - make (a problem, injury, or offense) worse or more serious.

Archive - a collection of historical documents or records providing information about a place, institution, or group of people.

Attorney - a person appointed to act for another in business or legal matters.

Booth - an enclosure or compartment for various purposes, such as telephoning, broadcasting, or voting.

Cable - an insulated wire or wires having a protective casing and used for transmitting electricity or telecommunication signals.

Clutter - a collection of things lying about in an untidy mass.

Color-coding - the process of assigning a code to something for the purposes of classification or identification with the help of colors

Communication - the imparting or exchanging of information by speaking, writing, or using some other medium.

Compilation - the action or process of producing something, esp. a list, book, or report, by assembling information collected from other sources.

Comprehensive - complete; including all or nearly all elements or aspects of something.

Contractor - a person or company that undertakes a contract to provide materials or labor to perform a service or do a job.

Cut and paste - a process used in assembling text on a word processor or computer, in which items are removed from one part and inserted elsewhere.

Digital - relating to or using signals or information represented by discrete values (digits) of a physical quantity, such as voltage or magnetic polarization, to represent arithmetic numbers or approximations to numbers from a continuum or logical expressions and variables.

Divide - a difference or disagreement between two groups, typically producing tension there was still a profound cultural divide between the parties; a boundary between two things

E-government - the provision of government information and services by means of the internet and other computer resources

Fiche - short for microfiche.

Filing cabinet - a cupboard with drawers or shelves for storing or displaying folders or boxes where loose papers typically arranged in a particular order for easy reference are held

Framework - a basic structure underlying a system, concept, or text.

Frustrated - feeling or expressing distress and annoyance, esp. because of inability to change or achieve something.

Genuine - not fake or counterfeit; original; real; authentic.

Hardware - tools, machinery, and other durable equipment tanks and other military hardware; the machines, wiring, and other physical components of a computer or other electronic system.

Imaging - a visible impression obtained by a camera, telescope, microscope, or other device, or displayed on a video screen.

Install - place or fix (equipment or machinery) in position ready for use.

Instantaneous - occurring or done in an instant or instantly.

Item - an individual article or unit, esp. one that is part of a list, collection, or set.

Laser - a device that generates an intense beam of coherent monochromatic light (or other electromagnetic radiation) by stimulated emission of photons from excited atoms or molecules.

Microfiche - a flat piece of film containing microphotographs of the pages of a newspaper, catalog, or other document.

Minutes - a summarized record of the proceedings at a meeting.

Municipal - relating to a city or town or its governing body.

network -an arrangement of intersecting horizontal and vertical lines; a group or system of interconnected people or things a trade network; a group of people who exchange information, contacts, and experience for professional or social purposes a support network.

Obsolete - no longer produced or used; out of date.

Official - a person holding public office or having official duties, esp. as a representative of an organization or government department.

Pagination - the sequence of numbers assigned to pages in a book or periodical.

Participatory - a participatory system, activity, or role involves a particular person or group of people taking part in it.

Portal - an Internet site providing access or links to other sites.

Process - operate on (data) by means of a program.

Record - a thing constituting a piece of evidence about the past, esp. an account of an act or occurrence kept in writing or some other permanent form.

Reshape - shape or form (something) differently or again.

Retrieval - the process of getting something back from somewhere; the obtaining or consulting of material stored in a computer system.

Scanner - a device for examining, reading, or monitoring something, in particular.

Server - a computer or computer program that manages access to a centralized resource or service in a network.

Socio-economic - relating to or concerned with the interaction of social and economic factors.

Software - the programs and other operating information used by a computer.

Stand-alone - able to operate independently of other hardware or software.

Statutory - required, permitted, or enacted by statute.

Storage - the action or method of storing something for future use; the retention of retrievable data on a computer or other electronic system; memory.

Technology - the application of scientific knowledge for practical purposes, esp. in industry.

Time-consuming - taking a lot of or too much time.

Upload - transfer (data) to another computer system; transmit (data).

Up-to- date - incorporating the latest developments and trends

Vault - a large room or chamber used for storage, esp. an underground one.

Vital - absolutely necessary or important; essential.

Welfare - the health, happiness, and fortunes of a person or group; statutory procedure or social effort designed to promote the basic physical and material well-being of people in need.
