Should government interfere with international adoption?

In this pie chart is seen that 52% (13people) suppose that government should not interfere with international adoption. 32% (8 people) suggest stopping any relationship with international agencies which deal with this kind of adoption, and 16% (4 people) are not sure in their answers.

To question about possible solutions of decreasing the level of orphans, practically all students answered similarly: to make this issue hard choice, to tell about it in schools, advertisement and allow adopting a child to everyone who wants one.

The question about the most interested people in permitting inter country adoption was answered typically: the most interested persons in it are private agencies and illegal associations who deal with it, the next place belongs to families who are not able to have own child, and because of this they have to deal with adoption. Government takes the third place in this list. According to survey, the reason for this is that government is not interested in orphans’ destiny and their future existence.

For better understanding this issue about inter country adoption six people were interviewed: the first was with Ulzhalgas Myrzakasyamovna, chief- specialist in City Department of Education in the South of Kazakhstan; the second was with an elder sister and an obstetrician-gynecologist, who would like to remain anonymous; the next three interviews were conducted with people who experienced domestic adoption, and the last one was with the General Prosecutor for minors of the South Kazakhstan, Alimbekov Murat Makhambetaliyevich. Moreover, twenty questionnaires were distributed among students. The information, which was given by them, showed that the international adoption becomes common theme, which gives the opportunity for orphans to have a family. Some important points from this part of the research paper will be used in analyses. It will contain main problems of international adoption.
