Ж.3 Установка параметров двигателя (Е2-01 – Е2-12)
Ж.3.1 Для достижения максимальной производительности, РС самостоятельно определяет и устанавливает требуемые константы двигателя в режиме тестирования AUTOTUNNING (индикатор AUTOTUNNING излучает).
Тестирование двигателя проводится при проведении пуско-наладочных работ.
Перед проведением тестирования необходимо снять канаты с канатоведущего шкива (КВШ) лебедки. Тестирование проводится в сборе с редуктором и с вращением двигателя.
Определенные в результате тестирования константы двигателя автоматически записываются в параметры Е2-01 – Е2-12:
(Е2-01) – Номинальный ток двигателя, А (табличное значение);
(Е2-02) – Номинальное скольжение, Hz;
(Е2-03) – Ток холостого хода, А;
(E2-04) – Число полюсов двигателя (табличное значение);
(Е2-05) – Сопротивление обмотки, Ом;
